Real Wedding: Shayzon & Michael

Shayzon and Michael have been married 14 years.  But after a horrendous first wedding, they decided to have a do-over.  Everything that could go wrong the first time, did.  The bride told the florist her only request for her bouquet was that she not use any baby's breath.  The day of the wedding her bouquet was delivered and made entirely of baby's breath.  The photographer took pictures for so long by the time they made it to the reception, guests had already eaten and they had time to do only one dance before the venue announced it was time for them to leave.  That said, you'd think they'd have amazing pictures...NOT!  All of the images were either unfocused or taken so far away, it was hard to make out who was in the picture.  Needless to say, Shayzon and Michael have long since wanted a do-over and decided two kids later that it was time.  Arlington walked his mom down the aisle, while London was the ultimate flower girl.  This wedding was more than a renewal, it was their dream wedding.  Enjoy!

Real Wedding: Cherie & Chris

This wedding was an absolute favorite... from the color scheme to the all out tailor made décor.  This wedding had us grinning from ear to ear.  There's always that one wedding that stretches you to the limit, pressing out of you your greatest creativity.  This was that wedding.  They wanted to keep their wedding ceremony very simple and reverent for guests to enjoy.  As guests entered the reception, they would be met with passed hors d'oeuvres and champagne as they watched Chris and Cherie's first dance.  Captured beautifully by Jaxon Photography, take in all the details designed by Akeem Clayton Design.

Real Wedding: Falon & Nikki

Time was surely of the essence for Falon and Nikki, as their wedding took place just before time was to fall back. The wedding party started the day off with a fun shoot at the W Hotel Downtown, followed by the ceremony itself taking place at The Atrium. Though originally concerned about being caught by night, the couple found themselves shining on the cusp of sunset. With the help of Milanes Photography and A Divine Event, this occasion was nothing short of picture perfect.

Real Wedding: Chasity & Allen

We are really excited to share this particular wedding with you! Held at the Kai Lin Art Gallery , couple Chasity and Allen wanted their wedding to be completely non-traditional; they mastered it. Fusing their artistic visions together, they became living art during their ceremony. Talk about abstract! Ross Oscar Knight Photography captured every moment beautifully. With decor by Akeem Clayton Designs, we must say that this was truly a work of art!
